Cape Verde & the Canary Islands Ocean Cruise Holiday from Falmout

Head to south to Villagarcia de Arosa, perhaps visiting Santiago de Compostela before continuing to the ‘Floating Garden of the Atlantic’, Madeira. From here it’s on to the rugged Canary Island of La Gomera, serenely unspolit and dominated by Mount Garajonay, followed by time to enjoy Senegal’s exuberant capital, Dakar.

Leave the bleak weather behind in Falmouth and head to south to Villagarcia de Arosa, perhaps visiting Santiago de Compostela before continuing to the ‘Floating Garden of the Atlantic’, Madeira. From here it’s on to the rugged Canary Island of La Gomera, serenely unspolit and dominated by Mount Garajonay, followed by time to enjoy Senegal’s exuberant capital, Dakar.

A taste of Old Africa awaits in The Gambia, after which our cruise continues to the Cape Verde Islands where Praia and Porto Grande combine an eclectic mix of cultures. The volcanic island of Lanzarote marks our return to the sun-kissed Canary Islands, before we gently cruise back to Falmouth, calling at Lisbon for a final afternoon in the sunshine.

Flight option from Dublin or Belfast....

We are also delighted to be able to offer the option to fly from Dublin or Belfast to South West England, including return coach transfers to join the Athena, at no extra cost!

Flight option is not available to book on-line. For more information, or to book, please call our Reservations Team on 0870 770 4046.
