Noumea, New Caledonia

Capital of the French colony of New Caledonia, Noumea is known as the 'St. Tropez of the Pacific' and is delightfully situated on the southeastern tip of the island of Grand Terre, overlooking one of the world's largest sheltered natural harbours.
